Designed to take you from beginner level right through to advanced aesthetic treatments, this programme combines Level 3 Access to Aesthetics with Level 4 advanced skin qualifications — giving you a clear, structured route into one of the most in-demand areas of the beauty industry.

Whether you’re brand new to beauty or already qualified at Level 3, this course allows you to build strong foundations and progress confidently into advanced, results-driven treatments.

Your Learning Journey

This programme is delivered in two progressive stages:

Stage 1: Access to Aesthetics (Level 3 Foundation)
Build essential knowledge, theory, and core practical skills required to safely enter the world of aesthetics.

Stage 2: Advanced Aesthetics (Level 4)
Progress into high-demand treatments including skin peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling, with a strong focus on safe practice and real client results.

Core Skills You’ll Develop

Foundation (Level 3):
— Professional skin analysis and client consultation
— Client care, hygiene, and health & safety
— Anatomy, physiology, and pathology for skin
— Electrical science fundamentals
— Safe preparation for advanced treatments

Advanced (Level 4):
— Professional skin peeling techniques
— Dermaplaning treatments
— Skin needling (microneedling)
— Advanced consultation and treatment planning
— Contraindications and skin assessment
— Post-treatment care and client management

Training is focused on building confidence, consistency, and safe working practices at every stage.

Salon Experience (Real-World Training)

As our academy operates alongside our award-winning Glam Gals salon, learners gain valuable exposure to real working environments throughout the course.

This allows you to:
— Build confidence with real client flow
— Understand salon standards and expectations
— Transition smoothly from training into employment

Qualifications You’ll Achieve

On successful completion, learners will achieve:

— VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies
— ITEC Level 4 Award in Skin Peeling
— ITEC Level 4 Award in Dermaplaning
— ITEC Level 4 Certificate in Skin Needling

These qualifications allow you to confidently and professionally deliver advanced aesthetic treatments.
